    I receiv** weatherization services in May. As a part of that I had a mini split install**. It unfortunately was not install** correctly, causing it to fall from my wall, damaging my home. The company that was contract** to provide the unit has not honor** the warranty as they should. Instead of fixing the damage caus** to my home they put it off on the weatherization dept. It was referr** back to the contractor who still did not fix it. Within 2 weeks the unit had stopp** functioning at all. I contact** the heating company and was referr** to the weatherization dept. After waiting the 2 weeks for them to return from holiday, I was told that I had not been contact** by the heating company due to me “cussing them so severely that they refus** to return.” This is a flat out lie. This subcontractor has fail** to install the unit correctly, respond in a timely manner, fix the additional damage caus** by them, provide me with a copy of my warranty and are now lying about our interaction. It has been 2 weeks since the weatherization dept met the heating company at my home to have the new problem address**. During that visit the heating company left the outdoor electrical junction box open to the environment and took the inside control panel from my unit. I’m still without a working heater, I haven’t had a properly functioning heater since the end of November. I am very unhappy with my experience and would like it to be address**.
