    We had this company install a brand new 5ton ******* heat pump in our home when we bought it in Dec 2020. Come May 2021 when time to turn the ** on it didn't work, after many trip and lots of inconveniences they got the unit working. Fast forward to July-September and the inside unit was leaking water all over the floor, they came and worked on it and said it was fixed. The unit continued to leak water all over the floor. Fast forward to summer 2022, I demanded a tray be placed underneath the unit to keep if from soaking my floor for the second year in a row. I contacted *****, he had me contact his brother ***. *** said he ordered a tray to place underneath the unit and stated that it had come in. Never heard from him again. Feb 2023 I text *** to see when he would be coming to install the tray and never received a response. May 2023 I contacted a different heating and air person who came out and looked at the unit. This is not an easy fix, the original company did not install a unit for a mobile home, they installed a unit for a regular house and turned the inside upside down causing it to condensate and all the water to run down into the blower and all over the floor. The estimate for parts alone to resolve this issue is $3300.00 plus labor.
