    They had a untitled listed for 350 a month lot fee. I messaged the manager to see how to apply and if utilities were included she said all but electric. I pd a ***** application fee. Then was emailed that it was 450 not 350. So I rented a lot somewhere else. After explaining I couldn't afford that and wouldn't of applied for that price. He also stated that on my background I gave a false address which was not true I gave my home address which I own and never heard of the address in question. At this point I just wanted refunded. Because the list price was wrong and he was accusing me of lying about my address. I kept all messages. And the original add. It seems by reviews this has happened to others as well. He's just collecting application fee's.

    Due to an rv from the consumer and what was listed was the mobile home. The 50 dollars was for a trans union fee which Fountain Road Park Village would not have to return. The incorrect street address we are not sure why would be the case, it would be a better question to ask the credit bureaus.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    There answer had nothing to do with the complaint. They told me a price to begin with. That's the only reason I put in an application.  When he told me it would be higher I went with a different park. They falsely advertised. I have shown proof in the pictures that I previously provided.  They need to return my money. If you view the reviews on this park you will see I'm not the first. I should recieve my money back. Such a bad business practice.  Yikes
