    Gringos Date: 12/27/2024 Amount: $20.66 On 12/27/2024 at 2:01 P.M. CT, I went through Gringos drive thru in Joplin, **. I ordered 1 taco salad, 2 medium Dr. ******** & 2 soft tacos. I used my debit card in the drive thru to pay for my order. When I arrived home at 2:30 P.M. CT on 12/27/2024, I contacted Gringos by phone, ************* & spoke to a gentlemen who stated he was the manager. I advised him that my order didn't taste like the meat was fully cooked & advised that I still had my food along with all 3 receipts if needed, because I requested a refund in full. The manager stated that he wasn't sure what to do regarding a "personal taste issue" but he could replace my full order if I would like. I find it very unacceptable that my refund can't be issued because I still have the food along with the receipts! I shouldn't have to pay that much money for an order that isn't fully done. I have had food poisoning from this restaurant a few years ago, so it not being fully cooked is a MAJOR health issue! Please help assist me in receiving a FULL refund of $20.66.
