My daughter was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from Fletcher Subaru in ****** ********. She had financing in place and everything. But the dealership slapped on an additional $500 for her to pay and then ended up selling the vehicle out from under her.This is not the first time the dealership has done that. They did it to me about a year and a 1 1/2 years ago when I had purchased a cross track from them and put down a large amount of money cash them, and they slept on a $3000 Fletcher fee which would be for warranty, and when I sold the vehicle within 3 months that refused to give. Me my refund that was verbally promised.

We tried to get financing and could not for the customer unfortunately. Their bank approved them for a loan but it was for lower than we were selling the vehicle for. We again tried to obtain outside financing and or also get their bank to increase the approved loan amount and could not. In the meantime another customer came in and purchased the vehicle. I am sorry that we could not obtain the financing the customer desired on the vehicle. ***** **********************
