  I started new service end of last year with ******. My price quote for new service was 169 and then $80 every four months. After service he said I won’t need it in four months but I will need it in the spring time, and that he would call me when he was back in my area. He never called me so I called him, he came out yesterday and sprayed. He did what he did the first time and I thought it is over six months so I will go ahead and pay the new price again at 169 and did not expect to pay the $80. After he sprayed, he took my card information And charged me $489. That was unbelievable. I asked him what happened I was in complete shock! I told him no that was not what we agreed upon that I would still pay him, but I was not going to pay him $489. He said the price went up. I told him that he needs to let me know in advance not after the service that the price went up 3 TIMES and I did not sign anything with a new price. I did not expect to pay $80 but I will not pay $489. I sent him multiple text messages and asked him if he would settle this with me and we can agree on amount and he initially said he would charge me less but still charged me the $489. I have tried and tried to communicate with him and even tried calling him, but he has blocked my communications. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company, so deceitful and crooked. I am horrified that I referred him to other people and I just pray that he does not treat others this way.

  She evidently wasn't aware of the pricing increase.   It has always been 169 plus tax. When I got there she had 2 other contractors there so I waited to explain what she wanted to do.  She continued with this other contractor and I asked if I Could interrupt for a minute. She told me she wanted the lawn trees underneath the house and all other areas she wanted. I told her it would be pricey and she said ok. So I did it. I explained that the chemical prices went up.  The job I did for her required a lot of chemicals.

  I am rejecting this response because:
  This is all complete lies! I did have a guy working on my air conditioner. He was witness to the entire thing. There was not a 3rd contractor or even person there, that is his first lie. The second lie was that I asked for all the trees to be treated. I did not ask for that and he did NOT do that!  The other contractor was there he could confirm any and all of this as he was working right there. He did say he was going to get started and I said ok BUT he did not say that there was a price increase, he did NOT say that it was going to be pricey, and I did not say OK to any of that. This is all completely a lie. As he said the price was always 169 and he never told me it would be any different. He is a liar and a thief. He basically cheated an additional $320 from me.  It is unbelievable that a person can run a business like this.
