    I took my my H3138363036**3532**34H cleaner to him in the fall. I had purchased it from him about four years ago. The owner said he was in and out and would be closing the store. He said he would repair my H3138363036**3532**34H and that it would be about two weeks. I agreed. Since then, I haven&#**;t been able to reach him and his voice mail box is full. I have left messages, but he has not returned my calls.

    This business has had my vacuum that I dropped off for repairs since the early part of Aug 2024, it has not been returned to me. I have called multiple times and left several voicemails and now within in the last week and even today the voicemail is full and I can no longer leave a message. It has been more than six weeks with no contact from the owner about retrieving my vacuum or to even know if it has been repaired. He was suppose to give me a call within a couple of days after dropping it off, to give me an amount for the repairs or if it could be fixed.
