      Never responds to calls after taking $3800 deposit. We had to call them more than once to see when the windows were going to be installed. Took 5 months before they came to install windows. Windows were poorly installed (no insulation) Took another 4 months to get them to come back to fix them, (only after I threatened to take them to court when I'd had enough of the run around.) Never have received the $125 disposal fee they promised to return to me. Owner tried telling me it was my fault that the window install was incomplete! He did however apologize after going back through phone records & seeing I'd made contact with them around 13 times over 4-month period trying to get them to come back & fix the windows. In total I had 7 months of windows that were absolutely useless. I had to tape the brand-new windows up as to stop the draft coming in.
