    I had an accident involving a deer. This place checked my damage out and was given just over $7000 from my insurance to fix my car. Took 3 weeks to get it done. Then a few weeks later I noticed paint didn’t match, fender is moving in, hood doesn’t line up, left side head light is moving inward, paint is peeling and chipping. Hood is moving when I drive. Hood was shimmied according to another mechanics and not fixed correctly. I drove by the place to show him the issues and he laughed at me making jokes. I also let the insurance know about the issue. They try to help but he is not talking to me, wants nothing to do with me. I just want my car fixed the right way or want the money back!

    Hello, As of this writing the complaintants car is at my shop being fixed. I told her it would be awhile before I could repair her car because I am very busy and backed up with work as i am a small one person shop. Yes the paint doesnt match from the bumper cover to the fender but that is because of the plastic bumper and a metal fender. 99% of the time it wont match, even brand new vehicles off the lot are the same people just dont look and notice because its brand new,,, just saying. yes thebumper cover does have some paint peeling off around grille and fog lamp covers and i am fixing that. Also the paint on the hood is being fixed to. Also I drove the car down the highway and the hood doesnt move at 70mph. The hood is not shimmed either, dont know why a mechanic would tell her that. As far as the fender, hood and headlight not being lined up, they all look fine to me....... Anyway the car is being fixed and hopefully to her standards......................

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I do know that paints can’t exactly be the same. However when there is a cloud on the hood because only the front part was painted and it’s very visible it’s not ok. Also the hood is not lining up as you can see in the pictures. And it does move when driving. 
    As for for the hood being shimmied, the mechanic who mentioned it was a person who had to inspect my car. 
    I just want my car fixed the correct way and not have a….
