    Horrendous experience! On demand shuttle service was a joke and customer service at the front desk is horrible. I understand that it is not a high IQ profession, but customer service needs a master class! Do not park her as their insurer is Fleet Response who has an F rating on BBB and will not respond in a timely manner. They will eventually give you a run around and deny your claim. Let the reviews speak for themselves!

    It takes 4:52 minutes to get from the facility to the terminal. I called and was told they were sending the shuttle. After watching three parking spots busses, two blue economy busses and two hotel shuttle buses (18 minutes) I called back. The dispatch said oh she will be about 5 more minutes; she left to get gas and then came back here. .... It only takes 5 minutes to get to the airport, so I guess they just didn't feel like coming to get me when I called ? It took them another 12 minutes. There website says shuttles every 15 minutes. My flight had been delayed over an hour and this added another half hour to my night. They are always quick and convenient on the outbound, but it is always...always a long wait and a struggle when you return. After years of giving them my business I have finally had enough. There are other services out there that value the customer. Leaving me waiting for a half hour extra is not acceptable. If you were ridiculously busy, I could understand, But it was 1 in the morning, and you had 8 customers from this flight. You just chose to ***** on over when you felt like it. Badly done.
