    I ordered from this company and they never sent me the item I purchased. They don't respond I've been trying to reach them and no one answers, if they are not going to send me my product then I want my money back.

    We got in contact with customer via phone to ensure that we are a legitimate company on 2/10/2023. The customer agreed to remove complaint and order was shipped out 2/10/2023 and delivered on 2/16/2023. Please see attachments. Thank you

    I precious two magazines from drummagazines One fit and one did not I was told I returned the one that dont fit For a full refund my purchase date was July 15, 2022 It was delivered to them on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at 10:43 am and was received by ****** in the mail room till this day i have no refunded and they block my account because i reported them can someone help me thank you

    This customer placed an order on the 15th of July. It arrived the 19th of July. ON the 19th he called and said it doesn't fit and was told to send it back. Per his verbal confirmation he said he ordered the wrong item. We sent him what he ordered. He basically called us and his credit card company to do a charge back with his credit card company all on the same day, without returning the items. He also lost that charge back. The credit card company gave us our money back. 

    We sent him a email on July 21st encouraged him to call his CC company to stop the charge back, because it will be reversed and he could receive an unexpected deduction from his account. So, when he did finally return the items during the charge back process, he only returned one item, and kept the item he actually wanted. Which arrived August 24th. After the charge back was reversed in our favor. But by this time the customer was blocked from our site. We block all unjust charge backs. 

    So, on September 10th he files with the BBB. But he also doesn't have any of his money back, and he has sent one of the products back to us. On the 12th he call us. He explains how he realized that he ordered the wrong product (long story short) and he thought he was supposed to call his credit card company to resolve it. Even though he called us as well and was giving cleared emailed instruction on how the process will work. After the confusion was cleared up, he was refunding for the item he returned as agreed, and we unblocked him from our website. He said he will order again, because he verbally stated how he sees that it's his fault for all the confusion. 

    We request that this information be removed or our explanation be added to your website. We have proof of all these things, which is why his credit card company reversed the charge back and gave us our full amount back. We communicate by email mainly to protect ourselves from fraudualent charges and complaint.
