    I want to cancel the complaint the owner contacted me and the complaint is resolved. from me and told me he was the owner. That the second converter was bad too .He saw I had nor put very very low miles on my car since they installed the converter. That it was in no way my fault. That he would do anything he could do to make it good for me even if he had to go In the hole to do it . He ask that I give him a few days to work out the details . I agreed and said I would check back Monday. Fast forward to January 21,2025 I called the part was in.. Wednesday January 22nd After the install the Mechanic had me fill out warranty paperwork I was told . He then informed that I was not to ever come back. I ask why? He said we have done all we are going to do for you. I said I have done nothing wrong. He said I don’t care. I said the parts were bad and that’s my fault?! He’s said We are done. If this one breaks it’s on you . He said why are you upset ? I said I have never been treated like this before. He said oh well .
