    If I could give this 0 stars I would. I paid Wrench2U around 5k in MAY to pick up my vehicle, replace the engine and do an oil change and a coolant flush and replacement. They said it would be done in two weeks. They kept my vehicle for a MONTH and once it was finished they kept it saying they wanted to drive it around to make sure it was good instead of just giving it back to me. My number was BLOCKED. I went to the shop to pick up my vehicle just to be told that the belt had broken and they needed to fix it. Mind you all of this should have been done. Customer service 0/10 Respect for my time and patience 0/10 Professional Attitude 0/10. I got my car back today just to find that the AC does not work!! Instead of going back to get a refund or have them fix what they broke further, I'm opting to simply go to a different shop. I will NEVER use this shop again. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Upon posting this review on google the owner responded saying that I brought “people of low rapport who wanted to instigate a physical altercation with service staff”. This is incredibly untrue and obviously racial profiling. I (a young white woman) was ready to cuss the service staff out and my boyfriend (a black man, holding our baby) told me to calm down and took me aside with our friend (also a bigger black man) and his girlfriend (a bigger black woman) who gave us a ride to the shop because they refused to return our car. They were trying to keep the peace and yet were profiled as violent for NO reason other than their skin tone. I sincerely hope there are consequences for this business because they won’t get far racially profiling young people of color.
