      I ordered a liter of shampoo and detangling solution on July 4, 2022. I received an email 2 days later stating that it would ship within 10 days of the purchase date. I left a message on July 14, 2022 and July 20, 2022 and I emailed them on July 19, 2022. I have not gotten a response of any kind. I also paid $7.95 for **** day shipping plus a $0.96 charge for ***** overnight shipping. This is certainly not an overnight experience. I would like to cancel my order and receive a full refund. Do NOT buy from this company!
