      I enjoy the
      Stover's sugar free toffee. I buy the 10 pieces in a bag and have yet to find 10 in there. I just opened a bag and there were 8 pieces in it. Buyer beware you are not getting what you pay for! They also have smaller bags with 5 in, but you get 4. Shame on you Russell Stover'!!!!

      All of our candy is sold by weight, not piece count. Sometimes, when the candy is made extra big on accident, then there are less pieces in the bag. However, legally, all our candy is sold by weight, and we are always at the correct package weight.
      We are always working on our process and are continuing to refine the chocolate making process. We appreciate the feedback and will continue to work on making the pieces smaller so that the correct piece count ends up in the bag.

      PRICE OF SUGAR FREE CANDY JUMPED 500%....THE COCONUT WAS 47CENTS,,,THEN 57 CENTS...THEN 71 CENTS...THEN1 DOLLAR APIECE
      THIS WITH-IN ONE MONTH...NEEDLESS TO SAY I HAVE FOUND ALTERNATIVE CANDY...WHAT GIVES?????

      I ordered several easter eggs for a celebration. When we first opened one box, we found tiny chards of plastic pieces inside of each eggs. We threw them in the trash, and opened the second box. Using a butter knife, we opened the eggs and found the plastic again. We opened the third box, and found the inside was hardened than a rock, so they couldn’t be eaten. We immediately called Russell Stover and was asked to send the plastic chards to them, and they would send an envelope. We followed their request, but the refund was not received within two weeks. We called again, and was told to SEND BACK THE CHOCOLATE EGGS, which were in the trashcan. We lost our temper on the phone, since the first call just asked for the evidence of the plastic. We were told to send back the remaining eggs for a refund. We went through the trash, and sent back the ones that were still in the wrapper.

      Two weeks later, no refund was received. We called AGAIN. This time, we spent almost an hour waiting for the representative to check on the refund. He finally announced that he requested a full refund. We then asked to speak to a supervisor. She wasn’t in the office, so i was told she’d call me back. She never did. We spent almost $96 on this order, which is the last order we will ever make! Do not waste your time or money on this horrible company. It has gone downhill and will never improve!!!

      This was not plastic, it was freeze dried strawberries, part of the ingredients of the candy (tested in our laboratory). Also, our policy has always been to not give refunds, which is printed on our media, however, this consumer still demanded one (and got one, in the end).
