    We stayed at the Ameristar Casino and Hotel on 2/9/24 and 2/10/24. We had two rooms for each night. We have not received the deposit back of $103.23 per night for two nights on one of the rooms. We have called them numerous times and they keep telling me it’s been done which it hasn’t or that it’s our banks fault and I checked with them also. It has been over a week and I still have not received my $206.46 that they said would be refunded when we checked out. I have also left four messages for the hotel manager and she won’t call me back.
