      I contacted the Yellow Cab Service to arrange a transport via wheel chair accessible van on 11/21/22, for a doctor's appointment scheduled on 11/23/22 @ 10:00 am.
      They made the appointment and I had given as much details as was requested., (I'm in a wheelchair, I can go down the three steps, etc.
      I told the driver on arrival, that this was my first time arranging this service, and wasn't told there needed to be someone available to assist.

      As it turned out, I purposely had scheduled another appointment for 2:35, at the same location, and was hoping she could pick me up to come back home.

      She sent me a text message saying she was off duty, and suggested I call the dispatch.

      She should have told me she wouldn't be able to make future ride accommodations, unless there was someone, inside my home, to assist me.
      (She came inside to lift the transport chair---the kind you can push with small wheels), and I was able to walk down the 3 stairs).

      The driver (****** ************), gave me her cell number, so I could call her specifically.
      My next appointment was made in advance, for a much needed doctors appointment; and she was selected, and as the time approached, she declined the fare, due to the policy or practice that would prohibit such transport.... without some assistance.

      But I didn't have the time, or ability to arrange any other service.

      The dispatcher, apologized and looked for an alternative, but by then, I had to cancel, because I would not have been able to be seen because of the lateness of arrival.

      That doctor's appointment was crucial to my getting necessary treatment, not to a bank, or the airport, or grocery store.....and weather permitting I don't know when I'll be able to.
