      Per the attached 'Move out Report' that documents that we left the apartment if good standing we would like the $75.00 refunded from our deposit.

      To whom it may concern,

       

      In the summary section of the Move Out inspection it speaks to all the "rug stickers" and general cleaning that had to be done when this resident moved out.  The amounts charged are illustrated on the attached Resident Statement.  A charge of $25 to remove all the floor stickers that held their area rug in place, and $45 to clean the cabinet fronts, oven and ceiling fans.  The total charges were $70 not $75.  The balance of the residents security deposit was returned to her.
