  This was our first insurance claim and Manning made the process very easy. They got our roof, gutters, and car port covered. We are very pleased with their work and communication through every step in the claim process.

  I’ll start by saying this is the first review I’ve ever written but I feel Manning is deserving. This company is spot on with their communication of the process, knowledge and installation of the product and handling of insurance procedures. They are true professionals that listened, explained and addressed all of our questions and concerns throughout the process. The project manager was there to setup the crew in the morning till dusk as the crews left. The only remnant of installation day was the new roof as the yard was cleaned and looked as if they had never been there. Their knowledge and handling of the insurance claim was instrumental in ensuring replacement instead of just repairing of the roof. Amazingly they even found errors in the insurance companies’ calculations and brought to our attention to ensure this was rectified. I highly recommend this company and couldn’t be happier with the people, product and installation.

  Manning fulfilled every expectation one can have of a professional: courteous, efficient, true to commitment, on time, neat, quality work, thorough clean up, and all necessary after-job followup. Recommendations from several neighbors gave me the confidence to have Manning do the work even though I was unable to be on the premises at the time. I recommend them without reservation!

  *********************************************** Contractors did an outstanding job aiding us and replacing our roof and gutters. Normally I dont write reviews, however we received service beyond the scope of our expectations. Manning Roofing inspected our roof and noticed hail and wind damage that was not visible from below or to the untrained eye. ***** came to our home and spent considerable time explaining the details of the proposed job and what to expect should the process go forward. Team Manning worked with us and our insurance company to ensure our claim was processed accurately and correct. The day of the insurance adjusters inspection, team Manning was onsite detailing all aspects of the damage to ensure nothing was overlooked. During claim processing our insurance company failed to consider code compliance and properly allocate enough materials to complete the job. ***** Mannings review of the claim and scope of work details caught these major mistakes. The software used by the insurer to calculate the area coverage for the roof was incorrect. That along with lack of local building code compliance created a significant cost of repair shortfall. Although the insurance company pushed back, ****** experience in the industry allowed him to point out these problems during a 3-way teleconference. You want this type of advocate. Once all was corrected and approved by all parties, we were contacted by team Manning for the installation. The following week crews arrived and completed the removal, installation, and cleanup in just 2 days. Other than a new roof and gutters you would never know they were here. Manning Roofing did everything they said they would and then some. We found Manning Roofing to be friendly, honest, and extremely customer service oriented. Highly recommend!
