  Had APC do driveway and sidewalk removal and replacement. Team got started on project quickly. Had old driveway and sidewalk out right away. Concrete work was completed in a short time despite some bad weather. Good communication and Quality work. Also, they were able to level some low spots in the yard, which was greatly appreciated.

  My All Phases Construction Co. LLC Response ********** It's not easy trying to find someone to do quality work. I called All Phases Construction LLC (APC) to lay cement for my front porch. APC came out, viewed the area, explained how the job would be performed and then emailed me a reasonable bid for the project. After comparing APC's bid to others, I chose APC. APC started and completed the job within the same day. APC did a fantastic job laying the cement and keeping my property as they found it. APC workers were friendly and courteous and were consistent in getting the job done. I had no problems with APC whatsoever and would recommend them to anyone. Should I need future cement work done, I will be calling APC. In fact, I've already ************** brother give APC a call due to their quality of work. If you need cement work performed, I strongly recommend APC.

  I had my driveway, walkway and steps replaced in July 2022 by ******************* and his crew. The entire process was a mess where your property gets treated like trash and you get subpar concrete work that cracks in less than 6 months. Not to mention an unlevel step, many imperfections mostly due to lack of attention to detail and poor customer service. The warranty is worthless as even if you replace your gutters as they recommended before hand they will blame water for why their inferior product failed so soon. The concrete is chipping and due to then breaking the end of the driveway it isnt all the same color even. I need to repaint my garage door and redo a mulch bed with weed barrier as they drove all over it ripping the barrier up their solution cover it with mulch to make it look good. I tried to work with ***** on a resolution and at this point hes ignored me. ****** learned if you want a s***** concrete job hire ***** and APC. If you want good work pay a little more and get a reputable company that stand by their product and dont blame the customer for not doing their job right. ***** made the choice to pour the concrete against paver stones versus a straight edge like the driveway he replaced did. Which in my opinion if Im hiring someone to replace something as is it seems straight forward what is wanted. I had no issue paying more to get the job done right but ***** never mentioned it before it was too late and his decision to do so defies all logic. If I could go back in time Id never have hired APC spent more and had a quality heated driveway that I was considering. Avoid APC at all costs they will trash your property and youll get B tier work at best likely C or worse. Which for something that should last decades like a driveway is unacceptable.

  I have been in business for 20yrs and have this one complaint in 20yrs of business.I had told customer on initial visit that he would need to bury his downspout by corner of the driveway with a pop up or extend it out so water doesn't go under the driveway.So we do the driveway and about 6 months later right after winter he says there is a crack I go look at it and it's all wet ground around the area of the crack from the downspout I had previously informed him about.I tell him I will come remove the cracked area and replace it for free, but if it is wet underneath the driveway from downspout then it would not fall under warranty and it would not be free Replacement.If it's dry underneath no signs of freeze and thaw then it is under warranty and there is no costs. But it was wet around area from downspout (muddy wet) and crack looked like freeze thaw caused it.So now he wants to leave reviews and things and complain and make up false allegations.Customer did not want me to remove section to determine causes due to fact he himself realized it could be from downspout he disregarded my information about.So he is making up things to make me look bad. I have 20 yrs of business and he is only negative customer, and I do 150 - 200 jobs a year.I have all emails correspondence with customer as proof showing that emailed me about a crack nothing else, 6 months later he decides to leave a negative review and trying piling on stuff. Also customer tried extorting me for money so he wouldn't leave this review, and yes I have them emails as well.If a person has issues why wait 6 months to leave a review only after his downspout caused water issue under his driveway.We backfilled sides of driveway with dirt when driveway was completed, and when I go back all dirt we brought in along his driveway is gone mostly where water has washed it away running down side of driveway, Another reason to believe his downspout caused the water issue under his driveway.
