    From bidding to installation, the owner, Caleb I*******, was excellent with whom to work. He showed a great knowledge and understanding of drainage issues and their solutions. This gave me confidence my problems would be resolved. Caleb answered all of my questions so I understood the work High Flow Drainage Solutions would be doing and why. He was also good at maintaining communications and providing updates throughout the process.
    The crew at High Flow Drainage Solutions, Jason, Tyler and Greg, were equally good. They got everything installed within the specified time frame, protected my property from their heavy equipment and did a thorough clean up when done. The crew was very nice and helpful.
    The job took 2 days to complete and involved installing open French drains, regrading and redoing the entire back landscaping and filling, grading and seeding a trench using erosion mats. A discharge pipe was installed to take the water from 2 downspouts and the French drains to the back of my yard. From recent rain, it appears the drainage solutions are working as intended and; all seeded areas are showing signs of grass.
    As a result of my experience working with Caleb and his crew at High Flow Drainage Solutions, i would definitely recommend them. I am already making plans to use HFDS again.

    ***** is so great to work with. Very knowledgable and informative. He was so patient with my stupid questions and always put me at ease. I was very impressed with how they treated my yard as if it was their own. All his workers were pleasant and hard workers. I was full of anxiety about my drainage problem in my backyard. I was feeling like I would never be able to solve it and get grass to grow. No matter how light the rain was, I always ended up with standing water for a day or two. My yard is flat and I caught all the runoff from neighbors above me. I have such peace of mind now. ***** and his workers put down seed and straw upon completion and I have grass growing! ***** is very responsive and will answer questions after the job is complete and he has left the site. He came back promptly to address an issue and I am highly satisfied. Mission accomplished! Thanks *****!
