    I was charged an additional $660.40 for my dumpster rental. The website states that the dumpster rental has no hidden fees, a flat rate and comes with a weight limit, The company is now telling me it does not come with a weigh limit and charges .15 per pound. I would never have rented the dumpster under those terms. It was a 20 yard dumpster only a little over half full. I have an email confirmation that the total payment would be $351.80. Nothing in the order details says I will be charged .15 per pound for the dumpster. I have called 6 times and keep getting hung up on, transferred or into a general mailbox with no returned call after leaving a message. I have also sent 3 emails with no response. I would like a refund of the additional $660.40 charged on 10/26/22 after my initial payment. The company website has a BBB stamp with A+ rating however I was unable to locate them on your search. The address is a Kansas City Mo address but after further research a Mexico zip code. I have attached a copy of the email chain with my billing confirmation charge and order details.
