    In 2019, our healthcare-focused nonprofit which serves intersectional marginalized communities began seriously looking into offering telehealth services as a means of expanding access to care. We didn't know where to start. That is, until we met Dr. *************************** with Diversity Telehealth. **************** not only helped us develop a package that was perfectly tailored to the needs of our members (and affordable for the organization), but she even helped to enroll them. As a result of this partnership we were ahead of the curve when COVID-19 struck just a few months later at the beginning of 2020. In point of fact, when many other healthcare providers were scrambling to figure out a telehealth solution, we were ready. We have nothing but great things to say about **************** and Diversity Telehealth.     **************** and I have collaborated on projects since 2021. Diversity Telehealth, LLC provides access to mental health professionals, and **************** brought eAutoFeedback, LLC into the overall process for the school she worked with, in this regard. We worked well together and with her client to design and implement a confidential pre-survey to students, parents, staff, and faculty in order to obtain a better understanding of their acceptance of, and the value in offering behavioral health services using a telehealth format. Then, once the program had completed for the school year, we sent out a post-survey to the same group in order to obtain feedback on their overall experience, including ease of access to a behavioral health provider and rating them on services rendered. Overall, the client was pleased with the outcome! I would recommend Diversity Telehealth, LLC and ****************.
