    We went to legoland discovery on Friday Nov 25. We had 8 people. We have coupons directly Lego official that states kids under 12 are free with paying adults. We had 6 paying. The cashier did not apply the discount and we paid 200 dollars. That was very disappointing because there was no reason why the cashier wouldn’t apply the 2 free. I believe she didn’t know how to do just didn’t. The other issue was the place was run down. The legos have a ton of dust over them. And one of the rides was broken. I will be needing the this center honor the coupons at a minimum because that one of the reasons we went to begin with. Otherwise what a scam not honoring it to get us to the door then denying. It would also be nice to get refund in full for my major inconvenience of having to be suprised of extra cost. I would have left however I had 6 kids anxious to go. Also the inconvenience of all this. I tried calling several times but there’s no one that answers. Kids disappointed by broken ride and the amount of dust. Two of kids was so allergic to the dust they couldn’t enjoy at all because the amount of dust all over the legos. We are HUGE Lego lovers and have been to this discovery center many years ago so this all was very disappointing to experience. Look forward to hearing your resolution

    The BBB spoke with the General Manager of Discovery Center/Legoland on 12-23-2022. The BBB gave her the complainant information so she could reach out directly, as the BBB did not have guest order number.
