    Signed contract with owner William Clary to install whole house generator in January 2024. Pre-Paid owner $8200. Was to be installed early 2024. Missed schedule twice with no notice until contacted. Cancelled contract and asked for refund of money in May 2024. Owner said he would return money. As of March 2026 no refund or contact from owner. Worst experience we have ever had with contractor. Recommended avoid hiring.
