    I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding my recent experiences with Truman Medical Center East.
    On ***** ** ********** I was physically assaulted by [Name of Person/Staff] at the hospital while visiting my father. This incident was completely unprovoked and left me both physically and emotionally traumatized.
    Furthermore, today, ******, I attempted to seek medical attention at the same facility. Despite being a patient, I was denied timely medical services and was told that it would take approximately 3 hours to be seen. This is unacceptable, especially considering that other patients were being seen promptly.
    This series of events has severely impacted my well-being and trust in Truman Medical Center East. I believe that such mistreatment and inefficiency are indicative of a larger problem within the organization.
    I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate these matters and take appropriate action to hold Truman Medical Center East accountable for their actions. I would also like to request a formal apology and compensation for the physical and emotional harm I have suffered.
