      If I could give no stars, I would.
      Horrible company to deal with. Claim the post office delays their mail - 32 days from the invoice date. They do it to get late payments accessed. Ridiculous fees.
      Horrible on the phone, although some decent employees- that I feel sorry for.
      CRAP COMPANY - I CANT TELL ENOUGH PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

      Theifs and crooks taking dishonest payments to pad their own bank accounts for investmemts.

      Will deny you coverage, take your down payment then take over 2 weeks to refund it if not at all

      This finance company enjoys taking advantage of its customers. First, they decided to charge customers who pay electronically with their bank accounts, a $6.00-$7.00 technology fee. We have been customers for over 4 years and never have been subjected to any fees. If you pay with your Debit/Credit Card, they will charge you a $12.00-$14.00 technology fee just to process your payment on their website. On top of that, if you decide to use their Auto Pay, this finance company contracts a third party to process those payments, who will charge a processing fee as well. Of course, the fee is a mystery since it is not disclosed on their website. It is not safe to mail them a payment since there is so much identity theft occurring. We will not be renewing our policy if IPFS finances it. When we recently renewed our policy, these fees were not included.

      I recently visited my daughter and granchildren in Phoenix. I live in *******. Why am I receiving telephone calls from a company.With which I have now or ever done any type of business with. also my debit card was hacked two days prior to this. Smells rather peculiar to me............

      Horrible company. We received our invoice for payment AFTER the due date. The mailing envelope that we received was post dated after our invoice due date. They are now charging us a late fee when we received the invoice late. They were extremely rude when we contacted them and told them this and they did not care at all. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
