    I have not received my merchandise from All Nations Flag Co. I ordered 2 flags back in April and my profle on their site has said "order complete" for 4 weeks. However, after emailing them 3 times, I have received replys and no status of my order. Ie: has it been shipped, etc.

    I e-mailed the customer (e-mail with date and time stamp attached) to let him know we were changing the sports flags on our site, and the one he selected was not available. I attached a new design that was available which was an upgrade, and asked him if he would like that one instead. I never received a reply from him. When searching I am only showing one e-mail from him, not 3, and the one he sent we responded to, and didn't receive any correspondence back. The amount he is disputing is also a little higher than what he spent with us. I have e-mailed him again, and still received no responses from him. 

    I hope this shows that we do not ignore our customers, but reach out to them first (which we did, right after the order was placed) and try to remedy situation quickly, so there is no issue. We however have not received any responses from him at all, and had no idea there was even a complaint until we received your letter yesterday (6/18) in the mail.
