    I got in contact with Frey Flooring through ******** about coming over to do an es***ate for my carpet that I wanted replaced.
    On the 5th of August, 2024, *** stopped by to take measurements and give me an es***ate for the new carpet. After showing me samples and taking measurements, he gave me an es***ate of $1,150. *** said he needed to order the carpet and the carpet would cost $800. I cashapped him 800. He said he would be available on the 9th of August to install the carpet. On Friday, he texted and said the carpet had not arrived and he would stop by on the 12th to install it.
    Reached out to him severally on the 12 and 13th and he never showed up to install it even now
