      Work done on my house is 2011 that required piers. I was very skeptical about the house being brought back to level. I watched, on my living room floor (with a level) and they brought my house back to its original position. I remember laughing in disbelief! Very happy with the work and the iron-clad warranty!

      HORRIFIC! RUN! NEVER GO HERE! 17 piers were placed in 2015 by a previous owner. Warranty was transferred at home purchase. Having cracks and gaps on all walls containing piers in 2023. Had a tech come over for a warranty check and then didnt hear one word for 6 weeks. After numerous calls from us we were finally sent a sloppy email with the incorrect date of measurement and told they do not have records of our homes measurement in 2015. We have had 7 other foundation companies measure our home and they noted a 2.5in drop. Dry basement said we GAINED elevation! Wow much growth. Needless to say, the warranty would cover 2 piers on the opposite wall where we arent having issues. I truly dont know how these people sleep at night.

      Dry Basement, Inc. provided the data that had been collected in 2016 and 2023 to our structural engineer, the information that was given to you was prepared by them. The customer that paid for this work opted to not have any corrective measures done to change the elevation of the home. It is correct that the house is sitting out of level, but it is stable in the area that our work was done according to the comparison of data collected in 2016 and 2023 with the exception of the two points we discussed. However, it does show that there has been some additional movement in other areas outside of our work area. We have called to schedule the service work in the 2 necessary areas and to verify what all is going on at your home but have not received a call back to get that done.

      Great customer service start to finish. From the estimate to completion Dry Basement was a wonderful experience. Mat the ******* is meticulous and detailed and my sidewalk looks good again.
