    8/31/21 I signed a contract for a 24kW Generac with ***** ***** from Pro circuit commiting $11K. 4/6/22 Generac and concrete pad Delivered; no transfer switch. Paid $5,733, half. 5/4/22 ****** and *****: ****** claimed the 200 Amp transfer switch they had could not be installed at my home. 8/17/22 ***** and ******* worked to install system with a 200 Amp transfer switch. ***** ***** was out briefly as installation began. The Generac and concrete slab were on the ground as delivered. On leaving Wayne corrected an improper connection to the gas line. 8/18/22 ***** ***** returned to initiate the unit; set up Wifi connection, checked the operation, put it into Standby mode, gave me Invoice #****** for $5,211.62; which I paid in full about 1PM. Installation Guidelines 60 Hz Air-Cooled Generators p.17 1) Verify surface where generator will be mounted is compacted, leveled, and will not erode over time. 2) Generator must be level within 0.5 in (13 mm) all around. 9/12/22 Sent ***** ***** an email with pictures documenting that my Generac was out of level over 1.25" front-to-back. 9/15/22 ***** and ******* back. After leveling and reconnecting unit, they had their tools in hand and were ready to leave when I pointed out that the external status light was Red not Green. ***** reset the Generac to Standby. With the status light Green, the unit immediately fired up, tripped the transfer switch, and began powering the house. Line power was still ON. Transfer switch controller had 2 fuses blown. An hour later new fuses installed. We verified that the unit was in Auto Standby mode and ready to run. However, the gravel was spilling out all around from under the concrete pad. 9/21/22 sent ***** ***** an email with pictures of the gravel spilling out all around the concrete slab. Expressed my concern that it was vulnerable to weedeaters over the long term. I asked what he would do about it. In return he sent an empty email. No email with any detail followed.

    Please see attached, this is an overview

    The customer had a generator installed, each time the customer relayed issues to us, we responded and repaired the issues at no cost to the customer. The  last complaint about the landscaping not being protected is not in the contract, but to maintain good customer relations, staff went out and built a landscaping box around the generator at no cost to the customer.
