      Currently, there is a dispute about measurements taken for a cabinet and countertop install.
      We had paid for a custom-cut pantry to fit in an area of the kitchen. After the installation, the doors hit the fan. We have paid for a coffee bar and cabinets above it. Due to not measuring correctly, the door does not open all the way due to it running into our sliding door blinds. We were told the entire project would be completed in a couple of days and would start in 3 weeks. They started within 3 weeks, but after the cabinets were installed, we were told the countertops would not be installed for another 3 to 4 weeks. They sent a new contract for us to sign 3 weeks after we signed the first one and changed the contract. The changes to the contract were to cover their mistakes and add a 3 to 4-week install time to the contract, which was not there before. We have not signed the new contract. This company has a lack of communication and responsibility when errors are made. In our communications, they ignore some of our issues and do a poor job of detailing what the next steps are. I think we need a mediator in order to come to a settlement.
