    These people do not train their employees. They need to remind employees about the YMCA handbook. Is this not a business? It still is an organization a company, a business. The schools and the whole area don't look well kept up. The interview experience is terrible, they roll their eyes, and they don't smile. They offer you pointless meetings that don't help. They don't train you how to be a supervisor. They take away your hours and pay you less. The people are the business this is how it is everywhere, it has to be. The kids are not safe in the schools. The employees spy on your Facebook and say that your posts are vivid when they don't know the details. I said there would be an ultimate surprise in my story post. I get a call from the police station. That would be my book's fantasy map. Rude people. They don't bring out more chess boards when they should have more. They terminate you when you bring your brother in to play chess. I quit the job, I didn't agree to be terminated. The school Leessummit Elementary took my brother's picture. What more do they want? This is not an employee complaint, this is a business complaint. They should tell you more about the rules before they hire you. Train the employees. I require an apology. The school's customer service, Leessummit Elementary sucks.
