    On October 30th, I went into the Salon for an appointment the Owner scheduled with ******** for me to get a Cut, and highlight & color. Everything went wrong from there, I told her on the phone that day what I was wanting and separately asked if she also did babylights, for future reference. On the day of the appointment my husband accompanied me, and I brought 2 photos of desired looks, 1 for a cut, & 1 for color. ( I did change the cut prior to her starting that, but that wasn't an issue at that time) the color of blonde turned out a silvery brown from mixing the toner admitted by the stylist ********. So it was no where near the color in my photo, the size of the highlights were also much smaller, however we agreed to just add some highlights and id come back. On November 5th, at noon I came back for an appointment to have it fixed. We already paid 238.00 the 1st appointment. The fix day she said she had a plan. Mentioned something about adding more blonde on my ENDS, I instantly said no, it has to be from top to bottom. She started, when she was done it was blow dried over at the top front, she didn't show me the back, it had been 5 hours, I was in front of the salon With 3 giant windows of light right next to me, and huge salon lights above me. I told her I could live with this shade of blonde I could use purple shampoo. As soon as I got home I clipped the front back, First I felt how absolutely thin my hair was, but most frightening was how my hair was half black & half blondish. I have photos. Prior to getting my hair done it was virgin colored, soft medium brown. This is horrific, I'm not being dramatic. A huge black area in the back top & back. The blonde is yellowish even though I can try to tone it, I didn't know just how bad in the salon. Why she put black when she already did a color slightly darker than mine around the other highlights & that was never mentioned as an issue. Only adding a few more highlights & re toning. I have to pay to fix it.

    The company has the name Antidote Salon and Beauty Bar listed everywhere on line and on the business however when they processed our payment they used the name ********** ********* ** however that name was not listed anywhere, that we did not knowingly do business with that company. You cannot cheat taxes and have 2 names!

    We gave this women a 50% refund when she notified us of the second redo. She spoke valgar and degradingly to me personally. Serves were rendered and the 50% kept was for product and time taken to do 6 hours worth of services.
