    On July 25, I received 2 services from Steven D****. My hair at the time was very long and I wanted it very short. He cut about 10 inches off to give me a Bob Hair Cut and then he did a Deep Conditioning treatment on my hair to control the Frizz. I thought he did a great job with the products he was putting in my hair. At the end of my service, we talked about how to maintain short curly hair and said that he now offers a Bonding Treatment for curly hair. I said oh ok, I think I am just going to do the Deep Conditioning Treatment again and he said ok and put me down for Sep 5th and I paid him $135. He then Messages me stating that he charged my Debt card $125 because I did not show up to my Appointment. He charged me for another hair cut, even though I just got 10 inches off, and would not explain why he charged me for a hair cut. He also Charged me for a Bonding Treatment that I did not agree to. He then stated that he just won a court case over this same matter. Which really makes me uncomfortable to think that someone would do this on purpose to make money.
