      I thought you would know how poorly our EHR transition experience is going. Makes sense based in the VA rollout disaster and subsequent lawsuit.My hospital is switching now with a go-live date in less than a week. Ive had 2 disastrous training sessions in a big group of other providers on different levels with different work flows, that were not helpful and neither one got through what we needed to. Order sets were promised and never built across all departments. Capabilities promised and now not possible. I have no idea how to use this program, neither do my colleagues, the OR staff, anesthesia, or our front office staff. This is an utter disaster! We cant write an op note, no order sets are created, we dont know how to do anything in the clinic, OR, or inpatient. I asked for extra help and told them training has been inadequate and they said no and that doing 5 hours of interactive generic online journey training will answer my questions and that there would be no extra support now or after go-live. If we have questions we can find a peer that *** have more knowledge. Are you kidding me? There are no printouts, millennium is not accessible, no videos are accessible, no staff is accessible. This company is by far the worst EHR system out there!
