    My insurance gave me $22,000.00 to get the hail damage to my roof, siding, detached garage/shed, and gutters. **** ******* gave me a receipt for the $22,000.00 and it said the $22,000.00 was for the Material and Labor for both the Roof and Siding. He also gave me a Flyer that states ("WE WILL PAY ALL OF YOUR DEDUCTABLE"), but then after doing a terrible job on the back-side of our roof and not finishing everything from the insurance invoice that he was supposed to do, he said the $22,000.00 was only for the roof and then demanded $26,000.00 more for the siding. He called me one Friday and said he thinks he found the perfect shingles for us and would bring them by on Monday and if we like them, he could have them delivered on Friday. He never showed up and they delivered some bundles and set them on our roof the following Thursday. We still didn't know what they looked like. The next week he didn't call or come by and then 9 days after they were delivered on Friday he called and said he scheduled his crew to come and do our roof on Monday. I was upset and asked him when was he planning on showing us what the shingles looked like and he said he would come out and show them to us on Monday. I said that’s a little late, so he brought an example out on Friday afternoon and we didn't like them and told him so, but he said we have a flat roof and we wouldn't notice the colors. We felt like we didn't have a choice because he paid for them, had them delivered and let them sit on our roof for 9 days and then scheduled them without our permission! I told him I was going to have the roof redone, because we don’t like the colors and the back roof wasn’t installed very good, and he said " Your not going to replace a $13,000.00 roof just because you don't like the color!". Now he is saying the roof cost $22,000.00! He tried to pull the same stunt on our garage doors. That was all the money we had to get the hail damage to our house fixed and it is not fixed yet.

    Mr. and Mrs. ******* contracted us to perform work at their residence via insurance company hail work. After both selected and approved the roof shingles and we installed them, Mr. ******* decided a week later they did not like the color even though they chose it themselves. Were to continue on with repairs of a full house siding replacement. However, Mr. ******* ceased all communication after the roof and would not answer his door or return my messages. Upon finding out it was over the roof color, I reminded them that they chose and approved the shingles. We simply installed what they picked out. Mr. ******* then told me he wanted nothing further from us and we were fired from his job. I made several more attempts to offer solutions, but he would not listen or accept any solution presented. He told me again he no longer wanted us to do any work on his residence. 

    I have followed his instructions, and to date have tolerated him sending nasty and threatening messages on my phone, and accusations of every sort. I believe he has some mental issues, with the threats I've received, and i want nothing further to do with the *******s. We were never paid any money that was to repair his siding as stated, and we were wrapping up negotiations with the insurance adjustors when he intervened and told us not to send any more correspondence to the insurance company. I have no idea what he has been paid for hius siding, but we have never been paid a dime of those funds and i can prove that with written communication between the adjustor and Phoenyx Const. 

    Mr. ******* is his own worst enemy and caused his own problems. His home would be fully repaired now if he had not interfered, and he would be satisified.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Mr* ******* is not telling the truth.

    You can see in the pictures I have attached, the roof workmanship is terrible. You can also see in the attached receipt from him he agreed the $22,000.00 was for both the Roof and Siding.

    I have attached things here that he wrote in e-mails to me that show he is not telling the truth!
