  These gentlemen showed up on the date promised at the right time. They got right to work and they were very clean with the work, very thorough, and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done correctly and the best that could be done. They are professional, they know their trade, they didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need and they are very reasonable when it comes to cost. Nothing but good things to say about them.   Just had Green Improvement Consulting come out again for our second property. I highly recommend this company. They are great honest guys doing quality work to improve and enhance the energy efficiency of your home! After having work done by them on our first property we noticed our summer cooling bills cut in half! Their improvements like using the foam boards, additional soffits, air sealing, and insulation noticeably reduced the heat coming into our second floor rooms. We were impressed with our utility savings we had them come out again when we moved into a new home. The team did a great job, they didn't rush me to make any decisions during the energy audit. They explained the recommended improvements, showed pictures of my home's energy ratings and heat maps, and gave me ample time to research, ask questions, and consider next steps. When they came back to install the agreed upon improvements they were professional, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. They made sure we were informed every step of the way and did a walk though of my home before and after to make sure we were satisfied with their work. If you are interested in helping your home be more energy efficient give them a call. It feels so good to be heating and cooling your home and knowing you are getting the most from your money.

  Green Improvement Consulting (GIC) is a reputable company. They know their job well. They are a well oiled machine. Professional and knowledgeable about their chosen field. They treat their customers with respect. Quick to respond. Shawn, the leader, is kind, respectful and not pushy. Very professional. Before adding insulation, I thought my house was well insulated. Obviously, I was wrong. Since GIC finished, immediately, the house felt warmer even at the same temperature I had set and was using prior to the the addition of the insulation. I had a cold draft in my upstairs crawl space where a raccoon got in. I don't normally go into this area so I was unaware until Shawn came and took inventory of my house and insulation needs. Now with the addition of the insulation, no cold draft exists. I do not have access to natural gas so I have an all electric house using a heat pump to provide my heating and cooling of my house. Before the addition of the insulation, my heat pump ran a lot, even continuously when its very cold outside. So far with the addition of the insulation, my house temperature seems to stay at the set temperature reading longer before the heat pump needs to turn on, and even then, it stays on for only a short time. I believe the added insulation will help reduce my heating and cooling energy costs.

  This was one of the best experiences I've had with a home improvement in a long time. The sales pitch was very low key but obvious when I saw how bad my insulation was. The crew was friendly and explained what they were doing as they were doing it. They left no mess and my house is cooler and more energy efficient because of it. ************** ****** and ***** offer rebates for the work done. It really made it a no-brainer.

  **** was very thorough and the process was easy to understand. The job was completed as agreed and Evergy and Spire rebates were deducted from the final invoice. We were very satisfied with the knowledge and professionalism of ********************* and he followed the job with photos of the work done and an analysis of the resulting energy loss reduction. We would recommend this company to anyone interested in reducing their gas and electric bills at a reasonable cost.***********************
