      Save yourself a lot of money and headaches with this company. Their work is WAY overpriced and the owner does not take responsibility for his company's work or for his staff. He fails to supervise them and has poor communication. He never came by to review the quality of the work, even after I expressed dissatisfaction. He hopes that problems go away instead of dealing with them.
      The Greensman had to redo the grout on my entire patio that they had just installed as it was installed improperly & had loose sand in between the bricks. Their redo of the grouting has failed again and the "dry lay" system is disintegrating again, with loose sand and gaps between the bricks.
      The Greensman ruined my backyard brick stoop that I paid them thousands of dollars to install. Their mason's work cracked only 3 months after completion, and the "fix" he provided looks like a child did it in a different color. So unprofessional! The apoxy they used for the "fix" is now separating from the house wall with open gaps between the apoxy and the siding.
      They attempted to install plants that were left over from last winter and tried to make me feel badly for not accepting them. It took months for them to replace the numerous plants that died soon after install. I spent soooo much money for substandard work and poor customer service. They act like they are doing you a favor and do not show any appreciation for the business. Save yourself aggravation and use a professional stone mason and a different landscaping company.
