I ended up being "hired" mid March, before the only April 4th review was posted, so I I'd no idea the company was sketchy or that this type of thing was possibly a scam. You fill out normal job paperwork, W forms etc.

Seemed like a legit company at first. First red flag was when I'd asked for a paystub and never received a message from accounting.

Real packages arrived at my location, and the "managers" seemed like they would provide proper assistance etc. I didn't really have a reason to distrust, I'd received several expensive items like iMacs, apple watches etc. When it came time for payday, they'd claimed that something I had wasnt sent out and was delayed. I'd jumped through a hoop and cleared the issue, and was assured that I'd get an update from accounting. Not only did I not get an update, I (to this point) have been ghosted, by all of the "managers", "accounting", and "HR". Suddenly none of the phone lines are available and none of the emails I've sent have gotten a response. I suspected something was wrong and looked into the company, and discovered the first poor review, posted a couple weeks before this one. I will update this appropriately if it turns out not to be the case, but seems unfortunately this is some kind of employment scam.

This company is trying to scam people. The job they offer is not a real position. They want to use your address for you to receive packages and then resend it somewhere else. They also ask for a picture of your ID and billing documents. Just be careful. This type of scam has been around for a while and the compensation is nonexistent.
