    Survey mini suddenly shut down without warning to us, the people who work for them by taking surveys in exchange for points to redeem for gift cards. Told that my points are expired now and the company won’t respond to me.

    What happened Survey Mini? the company suddenly “shut down” without warning or allowing customers to redeem their points. This company should be held accountable and pay out what is owed to us that took the time to answer their surveys with the promise of rewards! I have thousands of points I didn’t get a chance to use.

    I have been using survey mini for years. I have been saving my points because the more points I had, the better deals I would have got on cashing points in. I have over 57,000 points (worth $57) and was working to get to 60,000 as I then could get $60 worth of rewards. All of a sudden, without warning, survey mini took away the option to redeem rewards and quit sending out surveys. Now I have no way to redeem my points. I’ve taken probably 1000 surveys to get these points. They can’t simply erase my ability to cash in my points without warning & giving us a chance to do so before they closed. This is unprofessional and they should be held accountable. I did the work for them then had my rewards taken away from me. I want to cash out my point for a gift card like they offered when I did the surveys for them.

    I had well over 116,000 point which was over $100 worth of gift cards i could have turned my points in for, apparently this company has closed and gave no warning at all . I am very disappointed in this company and would liks reimbursed for all my time and effort that went jnto filling out each survey. I completed around 1500 surveys.

    I have been using survey mini for years. I would accumulate my points because the more points you had, the better deals you got on cashing points in. I have over 125,000 points (worth $125) and was working to get to 146,000 as I then could get $150 worth of rewards. All of a sudden, without warning, survey mini took away the option to redeem rewards and quit sending out surveys. If the want to stop surveys, that’s their choice. However they need to allow us to redeem the points we put the work in for. I took probably 1000 surveys to get these points. They can’t simply erase my availability to cash in $125 worth of rewards without having warned us and given us a chance to do so before they closed. This is unprofessional and they should be held accountable to those of us who did the work for them then had our rewards taken away from us.

    I received an email from them today 2/7/24 stating the company/website is closing today without any warning. I had over 75,000 worth of points in this account that could have been redeemed for about $75 in gift cards. They said the points are now expired with no warning that the community was closing.

    I have more than twenty three thousand points on SurveyMini and I cannot redeem them because today the company said they expired all points because they’re moving to a new platform. This happened without warning to users, without giving us a chance to redeem our points. I reached out to customer service and have received no response. A company cannot just erase all clients points like that. I would like my points worth of money paid

    Been using this app as long as I can remember and at first I was able to get my rewards, now it's just like i'm emailing a black hole. So much for taking surveys to redeem for rewards.
