    I’m extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Massage Heights. The level of unprofessionalism, disregard for customers, and exorbitant prices make it impossible for me to recommend this company to anyone.

    Firstly, the company has a habit of canceling appointments without any consideration for their customers' time and schedules. It is frustrating to have appointments booked months in advance, only to receive a cancellation notice the day before with no option for rescheduling. This lack of accountability and respect for their customers' time is a clear indication of their poor business practices.

    Adding insult to injury, Massage Heights charges exorbitant prices for their services. The cost of their massages is significantly higher compared to other reputable establishments in the area. Paying a premium price for a service that they can’t even guarantee or honor is beyond disappointing. It feels like a complete waste of hard-earned money.

    Furthermore, the inconvenience caused by these last-minute cancellations is not something to be taken lightly. Planning and organizing our schedules around these appointments takes time and effort, and to have it all go to waste due to the company's negligence is both frustrating and disappointing.

    Massage Heights needs to understand that customer satisfaction should be their top priority. Cancelling appointments without offering any alternative or rescheduling options is a clear sign of their disregard for their customers' needs. It is evident that they prioritize their own convenience over the satisfaction and well-being of their clients.

    In conclusion, my experience with Massage Heights has been nothing short of disappointing. Their lack of professionalism, frequent cancellations, exorbitant prices, and absence of alternative options for rescheduling appointments are all indicative of their poor business practices. I would strongly advise potential customers to reconsider choosing Massage Heights for their massage needs.

    I signed up for the membership in the month of August at the Leawood location, after the first massage I let them know I wasn't sure if I wanted a membership and they told me they understood but if I didn't sign up on the same day of my first massage I wouldn't be able to get the member rate. I spoke to the manager of the ******* ******* location and she informed me that was a lie in order to pressure me into signing up. I didn't find that out until my first month was up so I couldn't cancel per the agreement, but after the experience I've now had at Shoal creek I want my membership canceled due to shady business practices (from Leawood) and a total lack of empathy from Shoal creek. I called 2 hours after my appointment today and let the Shoal Creek location know due to a health emergency that required me to take my mother to the hospital I was unable to make my appointment. I understood at sign up that a no call no show would incur the fee but at no time was I made aware if you called late you'd be charged, nor was anything that I was requested to sign evident of that fact. I do not want to be compensated for this appointment, I no longer wish to have any membership nor do business with Massage Heights again.
