    After being offered employment with ****** ******** I underwent a drug test with cynergy which returned a positive nicotine test. What should have been a simple process of me submitting my prescription medication which would have cleared my test has turned into months of me calling and going back and forth with their unprofessional staff and now I'm quite fed up and willing to take legal action. *** ******* has been the main contact and I have complied with his request but he always comes with different Information I have been requesting to speak with his manager for months and I have gotten absolutely nowhere. I provided the information to the pharmacy where the prescription was filled and he called the wrong one to verify, I submitted medical records which he claimed that his team member *** *** called and wasn't able to verify which would not have been possible due to HIPPA so at this point it seems I may have to proceed to further action if I do not get this resolved in a timely manner.

    I am rejecting this response because: This is a generic response that did not resolve any of the concerns I listed prior. When I called and spoke to *** ******* on 12/21/2022 he told me that he could not find the negative results and there was only 1 test result that he was finding with my name and date of birth which is incorrect. He told me that his administrative office would call me back which has not happened there have been far too many inconsistencies which I why I am rejecting the response
