    I came out to Renos to return unopened, unused parts that I had purchased from them. They would not take the returns even though they were brand new, unopened, and still in package. I had to wait over 20 minutes for the owner to make this decision. Will not be coming back to this dealership. Will be shopping elsewhere for future parts and machine purchases.

    They had my bike for 2 1/2 months set my bike home I had at home one day had to take it back. It was doing exactly the same thing it was that they said they fixed they had already thrown parts at it now wanting to put another very expensive part on it I told him now put it back like it was at least it was drivable. It went into limp mode maybe every 50 to 100 miles now the *** fault light comes on bright red cant be driven at all $2500 later they cant do anything except put more parts on it and dont know if those will work either
