      the owner, Mike, is slow to respond via text so you have no idea where you stand or whether you have an appointment or not. Then, if you call into the office and SCHEDULE AVAILABLE TIME, the next day, the office will call and tell you that the owner, Mike, indicated that they can only come the day that was stated in the text message. The one they never confirmed or took a down payment for, and the date you booked the day previous, with the office and paid a down payment for, now is not available. It would appear we dodged a bullet with the lack of accountability, however, leaving us no time to find an alternative. Some very shady business practices. Not sure if I will get my deposit back, at this point, either.
