    Roger and Will from Great Day Moving helped with our relocation and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From the initial inquiry to the final delivery, everything was handled with utmost professionalism and care. The team arrived promptly on moving day and immediately got to work, efficiently unloading all of our belongings. Their attention to detail was evident in how they handled fragile items. What stood out the most was their friendly demeanor and willingness to accommodate with special requests. They made the entire process stress-free, and I felt reassured knowing my possessions were in capable hands. I highly recommend Great Day Moving to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy movers.     Great Day Moving helped my mom move from one senior apartment complex to another. We hired them to pack the kitchen and move all of her things including furniture. The workers were professional, polite, and had a good sense of humor. At the end of the day, it took less time than expected and cost less than the bid. I was asked if anything could have been done better and my answer was no. They were a joy to work with and this is the first time ever that I would recommend the moving company we used after the move (this is my 10th move in 20 years so I have experience). The crew was efficient, had experience, and had worked so many years together that they had a flow that I had not seen before. Highly recommend!!

    I have used Great Day Moving twice now to move apartments and both times, the guys were super professional, extremely careful with all of our belongings and were willing to go out of their way to move things around our apartment where we would like them. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

    You're NOT going to have a great day using Great Day Moving. On site over 2 hours late. ****** said truck wouldn't start, owner's wife said they were on another job. It doesn't help that the driver won't answer owner's wife's (sister-in-law) phone calls. Paid for 1 of the 2 movers to surf his phone for a total of at least an hour -- found him sitting in the cab or the back of the truck with his phone multiple times. Be prepared to do a lot of the work yourself since these are NOT professional, ******************. You're paying professional rates for amature labor. The only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 was ****'s hard work and dedication to completing the job -- he didn't stop until it was done.

    This was the worst moving company I've ever worked with. I was booked for a 3hrs 3 men service to move 5 pieces of furniture to a location 10mins away and 2 pieces to a location ***** minutes away. The ************************* brought 5 men and then he halted his workers from working for 1hr while he removed legs off of a sectional couch. He reasoning was he and the supervisor **** came into agreement to stop his workers from working because he wanted make sure the other furniture wouldn't get damage. This was a legit hustle to prolong time because they are paid by the hour. So overall it took 5 men 2hrs to load 5 pieces of furniture into their truck. Then while driving to the next location 10mins, I purposely drove in front of them to make sure they get to the next place without an excuse. ****** told me the supervisor **** was the driver and somehow they took the wrong turn prolonging the time again. ****** said he didn't know I was in front of them and **** said he thought I was behind them. Again this was a complete hustle. I'm completely frustrated now because I know they were being devious to make more money and they wasn't going to make it to the next location. Also their 3hrs was almost up, so I knew they were not going to be able to move the all the furniture into the place on time without me paying more. So I told them to move the heavy furniture inside and leave the other stuff on the curb and I'll move it in myself. **** then tried to solicit a good review from me by saying, if they move in all the furniture for $700 would I give them a good review. I thought **** was the good guy but ****** showed me they both were taking advantage of us and I truly believe it is because we are females. ****** then told me I have to pay him for all the workers he bought and I refused because that was not what ***** told me. In fact their blog says if they bring more workers the rate would stay the same but the time would be cut in half. I was duped, please DO NOT Work with them.

    We apologize for the miscommunication between you and our crew on moving day and that you felt hustled or slighted. We do not seek to hustle customers which is why we have such a great reputation and have been in business for the last 15+ years. You failed to mention above that you told our team you had only budgeted $700 to pay for your move and flashed the cash in front of him when saying so; and that is another reason you werent going to pay anything more. However, your estimate (which is not a quote) was for $715, so you didnt even end up paying the full estimate you received nor did you plan to when the movers arrived on that day. You also failed to mention that your family members were calling our office multiple times the morning of the move trying to negotiate pricing with our office staff and request discounts when you had already been sent an estimate and booked accordingly. We send our estimates via email of which you received on July 18th, stating the following: Although your estimate is based on a 3 man team for the sake of simplicity, we may arrive on moving day with a larger or smaller team to accomplish your move and to accommodate all our customers efficiently. We assure you that we will only **** for the man hours used to complete your move. Therefore, your comment about our blog saying the rate stays the same is not 100% accurate. Yes, the hourly rate stays the same per mover, and generally speaking the time is reduced due to more manpower on the jobsite, but this isnt always the case. Especially if the customer has more items than was originally estimated or there is more assembly/disassembly required than what was originally estimated for. We have spoken to our team regarding communication with the customer, about requesting reviews to negotiate the final **** and how this is not acceptable, and have also given them a new app to use for travel directions so hopefully they dont waste time trying to travel between locations in the future. We are sorry you did not have a better moving experience with our company. We will continue to strive for improvement in our customer service and communications.
