The pricing was not transparent. I was quoted a price but not told of a 14% add on for fuel. I thought the $179 for the truck for a hour included fuel. Once the work was done instead of owing $400:which I was quoted, the final cost was almost $600. I questioned this and was given a $75 credit because I was supposed to have my things moved on August 16th but because of a lack of communication between dispatch and driver I had to wait until 17 August for the move. The workers hustled the whole time but I found it a little tacky that one of the workers gave me a pitch that they worked hard so they would get a good tip. He said a tip could be between $10 and $100. We’re good tippers but I found this offensive. We’re retired military so we we know how to treat movers. I would not recommend this company.

Deceptive business practices. Was quoted a price to move one piece of furniture and then was charged an additional $172.50 on top of the $402.50 I was quoted. When i called after the move to ask why the difference. I was told that the email quote was incorrect and that they reviewed the phone conversation (where i was told the same amount as the email quote) and their representative said the quote was door to door. I took that to mean pick up location to drop off location and was provided no other clarification on the intial quote. The follow up representatiove told me that it even though the email quote was incorrect, it was my issue if I did not understand their verbage of door to door meaning from their office to the pick up location to the drop off location. I pointed out the the email quote doesn't mention their verbage and it didn't matter. The email quote has the pick up address and delivery address and the time was quoted based on those two addresses and no where on that quote page is it mentioned that the time charge is based from their office to addresses. Beware and would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
