      We paid a deposit for services on an outdoor kitchen on April 3 with check *****. We made final payment on the project on May 22 with check #2210. Total cost of the outdoor kitchen was $20,575.86.

      The scope of work was for a complete outdoor kitchen with frame, stone work, granite counter tops, storage drawers, etc.

      The cooking applances included a new built in grill, a new built in pizza oven and a new built in Traeger Smoker with side induction burner.

      The Smoker has never worked.

      We have made nine (9) attempts at resolving this issue through email communication and I ****** have made 5 attempts at phone comminucation in regards to the Traeger not working. I do not know the exact number of times my husband ****** has attempted to call.

      Owner, *** ********, did come to the house two times in an attempt to fix the issue. He assumed it was a wiring connection problem. It is not.

      At this time we have requested a new Traeger Smoker be installed, that is what we paid for. His suggestion is for us to hire a company to come and service the unit. We paid for a functioning unit and we feel that is what he should be providing.

      We have also made numerous requests to receive receipts on the appliances that we purchased witht he outdoor kitchen so that we can register them for warranty purposes. He will not supply those either.

      We want an equal replacement for the Traeger Smoker and Receipts for purchases

      Owner of the company contacted us this morning and I believe the issue will be resolved shortly.  

      He stated in an email that he is replacing the Traeger and did provide receipts.
