I called Titan Pest and Wildlife on 3/25/2024 because my daughter heard rodents walking in the ceiling. ********* ***** came out with an after hours fee of $180 that would go towards the removal and caulking. He did not bring traps at the time and came back out on 3/27/24 or 3/28/24 to set traps. I received an invoice from Max and Titan for the balance of $195 that was paid on 3/29/25. ***** was supposed to come back out on 4/4/24 to check/remove traps and rodents and caulk. I have texted and called and I have not heard back from the company.

We have been in contact with ********* ******* and have settled the situation. The work is now completed, and we have refunded her $380 of the $375 that she paid. This was an unfortunate miscommunication and it is now handled. Let us know if you need anything else, thanks.
