      This business has not been completely honest with me and continues to be uncooperative. I believe this charge is regardinga scan I had performed back in January of 2023, a bill which I set up a payment plan for directly with the hosptial. Now, over a year later, this subsidiary company is attempting to collect another $283. I placed dozens of calls, all but one of which automatically disconnected. The person at their billing department was kind, explained the charges to an extent, and recommend I resubmit a claim through my insurance. I did so. The claim was submitted and approved by my insurance UHC on 12/4/23, covering $185.99, making me responsible for the remaining $97.01, which I have also paid, and I can produce receipts.

      In spite of all this, this company has the audacity to send me a FINAL COLLECTION NOTICE and threatens to send my information to a collection agency. I simply want my bill closed out. I have paid them, and I have proof.

      On August 29, 2023, I utilized a link provided by the business to pay my bill online. The first time I attempted to pay the bill I entered all of the required information and after submitting the payment I received a notice that the site was currently down, so I tried again and was successful. on September 15, 2023, learned that both payments were approved & contacted Northland radiology to request a refund. I was told that the $130.67 refund was in process and would be sent at the end on the month. I contacted the company on 10/2/2023 and 11/2/2023 and was told that same thing. I have not received a refund yet.

      Refund check was issued September 2023. Refund was verified as not cashed on 11/29/23 and was then voided. Refund was then distributed directly to credit card used. Confirmation number ******.

       Their claim of previously sending a refund check was never indicated during any of the calls I made inquiring about the situation & check was never received.

      If Northland Radiology refunded the payment to my credit card, this will be an  is acceptable outcome but It is not reflected on my account as of today’s date.
